My name is Britt Melewski and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker located in Red Bank, New Jersey.

I’ve been a leader within the social services and behavioral health field since 2010. As the director of an intensive therapeutic center for younger adults, I developed my skill set to serve clients and their families challenged with anxiety and depression, grief and loss, PTSD, psychosis, neurodivergent experience, eating and personality disorders, family conflict, and substance use.

As Director of Mental Health Awareness at Integrity Health, I had the pleasure of working with children, teens, and adults across the life span as they managed professional stress, chronic and terminal illness, and other life transitions.

Relationship issues, marriage and couples therapy, and working with new and expecting parents are strengths and joys of my practice.

No matter the challenge, age, or setting, I treasure forming therapeutic relationships and working to unlock people’s potential to impact positive change.
